|  | Terms and Conditions |  | Terms 1. All information on this site is, to our knowledge correct. Wax n Wicca cannot be held responsible for any errors. However, if you are aware of any, please let us know so that we can amend them.
2. Wax n Wicca cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury caused by any of its products.
3. Instructions are sent with products when applicable, but due care should always be taken with candles, oil burners, incense, smudge sticks & resins, and particularly with athames & bolines.
4. We always try to keep our stocks replenished to satisfy demand. However should you order an item that is out of stock we will always contact you and offer a similar replacement or put your requested item on back order.
5. We aim to despatch goods to you within 3 working days of receipt of your order. We cannot be held responsible for any delay. If a delay is likely we will always contact you by telephone or e-mail, provided we have these details on record.
6. Wax n Wicca makes no claims or guarantees as to the effectiveness or magical properties of any of the products on this site. All magical items are sold as novelty items.
7. Wax n Wicca sells herbs and oils for spellwork only. They are not for internal use, nor should they be used for medical purposes. The advice of a herbalist, aromatherapist, medical practitioner or other qualified person should always be sought.
8. None of the products on this site are suitable for children.
9. All information given to Wax n Wicca by its customers is treated in confidence and none of this information is passed to any third party, except for goods delivery purposes.
10. All goods are packaged with care with adequate packing materials used to prevent breakage or damage. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect goods prior to signing for them, so that the receipt can be marked 'damaged'.
11. If damage to goods has occurred during transit you must notify Wax n Wicca within 24 hours of receiving the package so that compensation can be sought from the carrier.
12. Shipping costs on all items are non-refundable as these relate to a service Wax n Wicca carries out on your behalf. In the event that goods need to be returned to us, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of your order. It is then your responsibility to ensure that the product is properly and adequately packed so as not to cause damage to the item. Wax n Wicca will not refund the cost of the postage and packing and will only refund the amount of the item to the original purchaser, and only when a refund has been agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights within the UK.
